Refund & Return Policy – StayOptimized Program

1.1 All Payments Are Final: Payments made for StayOptimized are non-refundable. Services are considered fully rendered upon payment.

1.2 No Partial Refunds: No partial refunds will be granted for unused service periods.

2.1 60-Day Written Notice Required: Clients must provide 60 days written notice before canceling their subscription. All outstanding balances must be settled before termination.

2.2 No Cancellation While Payment Is Due: Clients cannot cancel their subscription while there is an outstanding balance.

2.3 Subscription Continues Until Notice Is Received: If no cancellation request is submitted, the subscription will continue, and payments will remain due.

3.1 No Chargebacks Allowed: Clients agree not to file chargebacks. A $150 chargeback dispute fee will apply.

3.2 Collections & Late Fees: If payment is 30 days late, the account may be sent to collections, with a $50 per day late fee.

4.1 No Refunds for Performance Issues: StayWise does not guarantee specific financial results or booking performance. Refunds will not be issued due to platform changes or external factors.

4.2 Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary information, credentials, and cooperation. StayWise is not liable for losses due to failure to provide requested details.

5.1 Governing Law: This policy is governed by the laws of California and the Client’s state.

5.2 Agreement to Terms: By subscribing, the Client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Return Policy.
